Not able to use iPhone vidoe clips on Pinnacle 20
Is there a workaround or a way to convert iPhone video to work in Pinnacle 20? When I import video from my iPhone underneath the clip it a says 3gp and is very fuzzy and blurry. If I import from my camcorder is says MOV and of course works fine. I tried to get help from Corel and they said they don't support 20 anymore. Of course they want me to buy a new version but they negleted to tell me if it would work in my situation. Appreciate any input. Thanks.

Unfortunately this forum doesn't cover Pinnacle. For that you will need to register here:-

Iphone footage can be troublesome, sometimes using a variable frame rate
However there are many free video converters that will do the job, Handbrake, XmediaRecode to name a few.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
