Re: 2021 store graphics pack: where is it?
Hi Iata, yes the two documents folders contain different files. I cannot move the main documents folder to my C: drive due to the size of the drive which is an SSD and it also has the paging file on it. I moved the documents (My Documents) folder to drive E: when I was on Windows XP. I have since had Windows 7 Ultimate, 8.1 and the 10 Pro and it has always been on E: with no problems. I currently have VS 10.5, 2018 and 2021 (All Ultimate) installed but at one time I had 2019 installed too but it was so full of bugs I uninstalled it. So the My Documents maybe, as you say, came from VS2019. I mostly use VS2018 as it was the last to support DD5.1 which I use regularly.

Re: 2021 store graphics pack: where is it?
The problem is sometime in the past our operating system created two Documents folders, one being “MyDocuments”
This was probably a combination of us moving the Documents folder and updating the windows from Win7 to Win10, whatever the reason we have 2 documents folders that seems to be confusing Video Studio’s Sample installation files, and in particular the Graphics pack, I also had another 2 instances of things going astray, pass on that for the time being, needless to say those have been fixed.
I moved the default “Documents” folder from C:\Users\UserName\Documents to the same location as the MyDocuments folder, for me that was on the C Drive root folder, which I thought was odd.
Moving the folder combined the two to give me one Documents folder, an improvement, no files were lost.
Now I assume at this point Video Studio will be happy and install Graphics correctly. I did not test this but did have some re-links required to the library of 2021. Not a big deal.
I continues with the fix by restoring the Documents to its default location, that was job done for me.
I do not know what to advise you for the best given that your MyDocuments is heavily populated.
Should you also move the default Documents folder to the MyDocuments folder on your E Drive?
As it stands now you posted:-
“E:\Documents\Corel VideoStudio Pro\ and contains all the other versions of VS along with VSPContent\Decoration 140 files”
These files are from installing the graphics pack.
I have a similar folder (saved as a backup) containing 140 files which are definitely the Graphics installation
4 categories, Backgrounds, Colour Pattern, Frames and Objects
For me these automatically populate all versions of Video Studio libraries Graphics section aka Overlays for 2020 onwards.
Of course you can always manually import these samples to your Media Library / Graphics in the same way as you would any other image file.

Re: 2021 store graphics pack: where is it?
Thanks Iata, I'll back everything up first and then I'll move the smaller into the larger documents folder. Then I'll manually import the graphics installation into the media libraries in each version.
