The best information is that last Sep, when asked that question, Corel was 'thinking about it'. But nothing eventuated and their policy appears to be that once a new version is released, no further updates on the immediate prior version will be published.

Unlike at least one of their competitors, who publish updates for a product for 18 months, which means that new SP can become available even after a newer version is on sale.
