can't download 2022

can't download 2022
anyone else having the issue where the downloader gets stuck around 1.7gb of the download? I've tried multiple times now and it just sits there and bounce from 1.72 back down to 1.67 and bounces up and down between there while showing data being downloaded but it's not. I've let it download for over an hour and still won't complete. really at a loss here.

Sorry missed this post?.......
Can you try downloading the Main program only
Choosing Custom will allow you to select the packages, deselect all other than Main.
Does that complete, if so you can try installing
Running the installer file again will / should allow you to download the other packs
Interested if that option will work?

Ok that worked. Had to do main program only then all add ons. Even the add ons took twice as it didn’t load the standard content the first time.
Really bad installer for 2022.

Thanks for the update, I believe Favourites are version specific.
You could try exporting the library from 2021 then importing to 2022, that should also use the favourites.
First though I would export 2022 library to create a copy as a backup.
And should things not work, a library reset would revert to as installed

I have tried to download and install the main program as well, but this has not worked for me. Please let me know if there is anything else I can try to resolve this problem. Thank you.

I *finally* got it to install. But simply choosing to download only the main program wasn't sufficient. What I had to do was tell it to download and install the "Trial" version. That seems to go fine. Then, run the install again (with serial number and choosing Complete install). It then senses it had a "trial" version and does an "upgrade" to the full version. It seems to download almost the full program again - so it isn't efficient - but at the end you do have a full, complete install.
