VideoStudio2022 DLmanager seems stuck

The download manager seems stuck between 1.64 and 1.77 GB out of 2.75GB, keeps bouncing back and forth like its still active. I have DL'd movies 13 GB that took like 15 min. I stopped it 2 times removed the files and folders it was creating and tried again...and again. Why is it doing this? It shows my DLs 10 MB/s - 15MB/s but the bar isn't moving and keeps going back to 1.64GB out of 2.75? Any help appreciated, I have 182 GB free space this shouldn't be happening. I chose to do this after midnight so there wouldn't be a lot of traffic on Corel's servers.

Is there a Tech support @Corel? I am beginning to think not because they don't answer their phones and they don't answer live chat. 1 hr and 30 min waiting for tech support by phone and 45 min waiting for tech support by live chat. Wait until glus can send another link - he may be on the other side of the world from you. If he doesn't respond by Wednesday evening (Pacific Time in US), send me a private message on this forum board.

S33k3r, please confirm: the alternate download link you received from me was a 4.2GB zip file? That is from our FTP, not the same servers from where retail downloads would be delivered, so I cannot explain why you can't download from there either.
I can try hosting it on my OneDrive instead, see if a download from there will work any better for you. Will advise, please keep an eye on your PMs.

I'm having same issue. stuck at 1.67-1.72gb. tried multiple times.

Can you try downloading the Main program only
Choosing Custom will allow you to select the packages, deselect all other than Main.
Does that complete, if so you can try installing the basic program

Running the installer file again will / should allow you to download the other packs

Interested if that option will work?

I don't know how to post on this forum, but I am having the same issue. I purchased the upgrade yesterday and tried the suggestion of downloading the main program only and that, too, fails. I will keep watching this forum to see if there are other suggestions for a fix to this problem. Thank you. I have have tried numerous times as well.

I've been having the same issue. Gets to 1.77 and then jumps back to 1.64. Tried downloading the main program only and tried another computer. Nothing is working. If someone can shoot me the ftp link so I can try that, that would be nice.
