Track-Motion-Overlay Aspect Ratio Distorted

So I'm new to VideoStudio, currently working on my first video project.
Also haven't ever really used any video editing software. Complete newbie, basically.

So I have this clip of me (POV) riding my motorcycle towards a lake. I have tracked the lake's position across the screen and threw together a quick location name and icon png as an overlay.
Now, this overlay has a resolution on 2048x512 pixels, so a 4:1 aspect ratio. It is displayed correctly in the Options Panel, but on screen it is distorted to a (presumably) 16:9 aspect ratio. See my attached screenshot.

I'm sure there is a really simple fix that I'm just not seeing, so any a ideas are greatly appreciated

Ok, so I found a way to re-size it in the Match Motion settings.. now my question is, is there a way to see your changes - such as scale or postition on screen - as numerical values?
Call me obsessive but I'd really like to see if my aspect ratio or position is exactly the way I want it.
