Audio gets out of sync with video when I add text (title)

I'm a newbie but Ive done at least 6 videos using VideoStudio 2020. I record the video on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 or my Surface 8 tablet running windows 10 pro. I record through the mic on the phone or the tablet. When I import the video, it plays all the way through, fine, no problem. But when I begin to add text in the Title area, after that point, the audio begins to go faster than the audio, progressively getting more and more out of sync. As mentioned, I've not had this problem before and I have not changed anything (that I know of).

I've read about the fps on the camera I use vs the settings in VideoStudio but I am mot fully clear on that. My surface tablet says it is recording 30 fps which is 29.97 (?) or something like that actually. When I look at the videostudio settings, I don't even see anything referring to fps.

I hope that is enough information. Thank you in advance for any help.

For proper video information get Mediainfo

Smartphone use variable fps so no good for editing. you need to convert it to a proper relevant fps.

I used my tablet for this recording. It says 30 fps (29.97) Where in the corel software I change fps? Under settings -- Preferences -- Performance, I have autogenerate proxy selected and it says it is frame based. It is showing
