Strange Black Pixels on Exported Video when Resampling Quality is Set to Best

I am using VideoStudio 2021.
I added this JPEG image to the timeline.

If I set resampling quality to Best, there will be many black pixels on the exported video.

Had a few issues with the name of the image, quick rename sorted that.

Tested the 4519 x 1542px image with my project properties set to Lake Samples settings
No problems in rendering to Same as Project Settings.

I then increased my project size to use 4K settings, again rendering was good quality.

Thanks for testing. I have renamed the image to test.jpg. However, this problem still exists. I need to change the resampling quality to Good or Better to prevent the black pixels problem. But I prefer to use the Best quality without black pixels. Also, I found that this problem will disappear if I disable the graphics driver.
