Hello. Newbie help with tablet drawing :)

I'm really used to using Coral Paintshop 2020 full version. I picked up a drawing tablet to use with my laptop for drawing. When I am drawing with each stroke, the Windows loading circle keeps popping up. This also happens when I use my mouse to make drawing strokes. Is there a way I can stop this from happening. It's a very modern gaming / media laptop I am using with an i7 and GTX 1060ti graphics card with 8GB of RAM. It's always plugged in for performance.

Just to note it'll do this when I use any tool when making adjustment after adjustment. (many clicks at once)
