PSP 2021 Stalled Installation

I am having issues installing PSP 2021 onto my new computer in the office. Last version I had was 2019 and when I tried to install I had the same issue, and I ended up having to download full install versions from Corel in order to run the installation.

Fast forward to today, and I am trying to install the 2021 version and my installation stalls at ZERO and does not progress.

How can I download installation files direct to my computer not using the installer to download?

would recommend try running chkdsk if that does not solves issue run SFC both methods are described below

You might also try disabling your anti-virus/firewall for a few moments to see if that's what the problem is. Since it is at the download stage that things are failing.
