PSP opening: I look info

Post by FoxesAdriano »

Hi,
I have PSP Ultimate 2022 and every time I open PSP, it always shows the magnifying glass.
I don't use it and it bothers me.
I would like it to show me the "hand" right away.
In other words I would like the hand icon to be the default. How can I solve this problem?
Thank you

Hi,
when the "hand" icon is visible in the toolbar, save the workspace.
In the File / Preferences / General Program Preferences / Tabs / check Keep Last View

UNFORTUNATELY I haven't solved anything. But maybe I don't understand you well. Every time I open PSP I always see the the magnifying glass, it is by default. I did what you told me, but I didn't solve anything. This problem is bothering me. Thanks for your help.

Could you post a screen capture of what you mean?

I'm using PSP from a lot of time. I know it. I'm doing what you suggest you, but I have the same problem. Maybe I don't understand the other steps well. I don't know it.
I thank you for your availability.

After you have selected the Pan Tool, save the workspace with a new name.
Close PSP and reload it.
Is the Pan Tool now visible by default?

Could you post a screen capture? It may help to discover why you have the problem.
Save the screen capture as a JPG, click on the Full Editor & Preview button (see bottom of your message), under the Attachments tab click on Add files, select your JPG file and click on Place inline (be sure your cursor is at the end of your message).

I'm sorry but I always get the same problem.
I choose the hand on the left toolbar, then I go into File / Preferences / General Program Preferences / Tabs / check Keep Last View
But it doesn't work.
Look at the pics please.

When the Hand icon is visible, save your workspace with another name:
File / Workspace / Save
Workspace save.jpg
Tell us if it works.
