WinDVD PRO 12 Doesn't play media files properly

- Subtitles do not appear
- Screen aspect ratio change options also not available
- It takes 30 seconds to start playing any MKV, MP4, AVI file whether in 1080p or 4k or compressed in H264 or H265

This has been tested on both free players such as MPC-HC and VLC, as well as paid GOM Player or DVDFab Player and in all the playback is almost instantaneous and the subtitles and screen ratio change is available.

According to the advertising on the web and in the description of the player:

So they are doing misleading advertising
