the screen capture app is missing in my new 2021 installation
Yes i installed the program to C:\ , nothing fancy
the "icon" file is present, just like in older VS versions, the icon has not changed, but there is no binary - this is a clean windows install done 3 weeks ago.

Re: Missing the screen capture app
If i understand you correctly?
Earlier versions called Live Screen Capture (LSC)
Newer version is Multi Cam Capture Lite (MCCL), there should be an icon on your desktop
Also from within the program, tool bar Capture options, the spool looking icon with red dot.
Not on the pc so best i can remember

Re: Missing the screen capture app
Ah the app got renamed and seems to have changed - funny that they left the old icon in there. Thanks. No idea why they renamed it and change it so much.
I used NVidia card capture, which works well enough until I can get the hang of the new multicam capture app. It does look like an improvement in terms of features, although I've always been a fan of simple and using bits of string.
