Track Motion issues?

Post by ozzlvlosis »

just learning this process this week. maybe i'm not getting it yet but it seems like every time i click on a clip(even double click) to make sure and i open it, it shows another clip. I dont know if it's bc it's something i've split already but i'm thinking it should still only show the clip i selected. anyone else have any issues like this?

seems to work randomly for me

(using videostudio19)

There are several VS tutorials on using track motion on the Corel website, here
https://learn.corel.com/tutorials/multi ... -tracking/
and here
https://learn.corel.com/tutorials/intro ... -tracking/

These are tutorials from older versions of the program, as this feature has been available for some time.
What I suggest you do is use a screen capture program to record the tutorials on your PC, where you can play them back any number of times to suit your convenience.

I'm having the same problem with Video Studio v19. I have a long video cut into 56 clips. I'm trying to cover the registration of the car in front. If I put a different track motion on several clips in a row, they sometimes move to different clips. I have tried this on a much simpler video split into 3 clips and it works ok. The only way I can solve this is to build my video into one video file, then use that in a new session of Video Studio x19 where I then apply the track motions.

I get an error message pop up sometimes when clicking OK to come out of the track motion option. The screen changes to the normal Video Studio view but it unresponsive. I end up killing it task manager. Also the vertical slider bar to the right of the list of track motions, never appears. If I create 6 track motions you have to select one, then use arrow up/down to select the 6th one which is out of sight.
