Cannot Locate the File Locations Menu

Cannot Locate the File Locations Menu
I've been using PSP since PSP6 and neve had an issue finding this. Everything I have read says to go to File > Preferences > File Locations (just as I always have), but as you can see from my screen shot, it's not there. I looked under General too, no luck. Am I missing something? TIA

You're in the Essentials workspace, so you don't get everything there. Right click in the top open space of the menu bar and go to Workspace. Click that and choose Complete.

Thanks Ken! I will do that once I get back to my PC! Too many new things to learn……smh
