Hello!
I did the design in the attached ilustration 3 months ago, and I want to redo this effect (semi-transparent circles) in another project and I have tried without success. I have forgotten the commands!
May you help me, please?
I have tried Effects, Illuminations Effects, Lights and also Sunburst.
