PSP 2020 doesn't open up after sleep mode

PSP 2020 doesn't open up after sleep mode
I'm having an annoying problem with my PSP install. I had a hardware fail and ended up replacing motherboard/CPU/RAM and after getting the system up and running again I've been having a problem with PSP 2020. It boots fine when I open it up when I cold-boot the computer but if I put the computer into sleep mode and try to bring it up again it's a no-go. I'm running WIN10PRO on an ASUS H570M, I7-11700/16G RAM. I have tried the PSP repair to no avail. Suggestions welcomed....

Sometimes PSP 2020 does not close and remains in memory. If you try to start it, it won't. You have to stop the process with the Task manager.
