Why are my share options all grayed out??

Why are my share options all grayed out??
When I go to my share panel, my options are all grayed out. I tried everything to light them up but there's nothing doing on that. I'm trying to save it to my computer but VS isn't letting me choose how to do it. Bummer! I used this program at other times and it just recently started doing that. Please help!
