Printing an exactly sized drawing?

I suppose I could use Word (part of my Office 365 app, or whatever it’s called now), but I’d prefer to use Paintshop Pro. Is that possible?

I want to print panels for my electronics hobby. I used to do so with Letraset rub-down lettering a few decade ago, but inkjet printers didn’t exist then. The key requirement is that if I draw say a rectangle 300 mm x 200 mm then I want it to be printed with exactly that size, with minimal manual effort by me.

You must have a printer capable of printing on paper of this size.

Create the rectangle with that size in PSP (300 PPI needed).
When your drawing is done, go to File / Print
Set Scale to 100 %
Don't check Fit to page
