I just bought PSP2022. Most of the components downloaded and installed except for Painter Essentials and Particle Shop. The error message read "unable to find the installer online." How do I fix this?
I am using Windows 10.
I have searched the forum but cannot find the answer. If this topic has been answered elsewhere, pleas give me the link.
Thanks.

Re: Cannot download some plug ins
I would contact Corel directly. Did those two programs come with serial numbers? If they did you might be able to download the official installers from the website and use the serial numbers you were sent to activate them. But if they don't come with serial numbers then I assume they have to be installed from the main installer you got with your purchase and only Corel can tell you why it can't find them online.

Re: Cannot download some plug ins
BluZ2055 -- can we assume you installed both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions of PSP, or at least the 64 bit version. The installation process recommends installing both. And of course Painter Essentials and Particle Shop are both 64 bit, so wouldn't work if you had only the 32 bit version of PSP installed.

Levi' Yes, the programs came with serial numbers. I contacted Corel customer service but have heard nothing.

Re: Cannot download some plug ins
I just read on the ParticleShop page that I need Microsoft Explorer. I have Microsoft Edge, so I opened that. This time I got a message that I am not connected to the Internet, which obviously, I am.

Re: Cannot download some plug ins
Have you tried using Internet Explorer compatibility in Egde? Under Settings/Default browser. I have no experience with it, but the options 'Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode' and 'Internet Explorer mode pages' might be interesting in this case.
To test it, I changed Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode' to Allow and restarted the Edge browser.
When I visited this page, this thread, I clicked on the menu ..., and clicked on 'Reload in Internet Explorer Mode'. Edge reloaded and notified that the page was in Internet explorer mode, so it does something anyway.
Good luck.

Re: Cannot download some plug ins
Thanks Forriner. I tried your suggestion. I got nada. I am getting the same error messages. These two programs can't seem to find my internet connection. (sigh)
