Image adjust and perspective issue

I apply "pick" to select parts of an image, then drag to where I want it and increase/decrease the size. No problem.
However, I needed to apply a perspective adjustment on part of the dragged image, which I did by pressing "CTRL". Now I cannot go back. It stays as perspective.
How do I revert back to normal, please?

Just change it manually in the dropdown list for the Mode.

I also noticed that it seems to "get stuck" after using the Ctrl or Shift keys.
