I'm unable to install VideoStudio Ultimate 2021

Hi, I'm new here.
I purchased VSU 2021 yesterday but I'm unable to install it.
The error message reads ''the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable'' and I think vsclassic64.msi is missing.

I'm trying my best to fix the problem but it's not happening.
I need a solution.

How can I fix the problem?

I reinstalled Video Studio 2021 after using the cleanup tool and it has now installed. I did the same yesterday but it would not work but yet today it worked.

By the way where have you saved the download files to, by default will be on the desktop.

If you think you have a missing file then you should download the installation files again choosing a new empty folder to hold the new downloads
VS needs uninstalling to be able to download files again.
