No QT Platform Issue

Hi Everyone:

It's been a long time. I am getting an error message when I load Video Studio 2021 Ultimate. Please see video link and tell me if anyone knows how to fix this. Here is what I have tried:

1. Used Corel repair tool - No luck
2. Uninstalled a couple times -No Luck
3. Called Corel - No Response - No Luck

Update!

I uninstalled with the clean up tool. Then reinstalled and (did not install the bonus content). Now it works just fine! What surprises me is that Corel not not corrected this issue since it is known. I paid to use the bonus features, but I guess I can't use them? Also shocked that Corel has not answered my open ticket on this issue, you would think they would have the answer since it seems everyone on this forum knows how to fix it. I have to admit I will think twice before purchasing future Corel Video Studio programs. Thanks to all that provided the solution to this issue!

I can't find the bonus features program to download? Can someone give me details on locating it? Maybe I am looking in the wring folder?
