Timeline clips changing in length??

So....amd now editing with Videostudio 2021 Ultimate. Started up a project comprised of around 25, 2 second clips. When revisiting the project to continue editing, I find the clips have all mysteriously converted to FOUR second clips?? Anyone got any ideas??

1. Menu Bar > Settings > Preferences... > Edit Tab > Default photo/color duration
2. Set duration to 2 sec(s)
3. Click on OK

If you just began the project and haven't invested much time in it, delete the entire project and start over. That way when you drop the resources on the timeline they will be at the new default setting of 2 seconds. As they stand now, they are at 4 seconds and you would need to go in and change the length.

Suggest checking the default photo/color duration in Preferences, and the duration of any transitions. In any event, you can trivially bulk change the photo duration for photos on the Video track.
