Video Studio 2021 crashing on start (all versions now)

Hi,
I have been using Video Studio for long time starting with Video Studio 7 - After installing Video Studio 2021 utl (which also I had issues) it worked fine for a while. However I was not able to use Fast Flick 2021. I opened tickets followed the instructions and nothing worked.
I changed folder in AppData directory, Cleaned Ulead and followed all the steps. I have currently X10, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 installed here. I saw the cleanup tools. I also have purchased various plugins (prodad and other) installed.

I opened a ticket with Corel Support - Provided the latest information still waiting to hear from Support (so far I have opened 4 tickets regarding this matter) - Support sometimes closes the ticket after asking us to do some destructive (anything to do with registry) fixes.
If I use the cleanup tools should that work? Should I uninstall all VideoStudio version and then use cleanup tool and reinstall 2021? or do I have to install previous versions to get all the plugins working?

PS - Now none of the Video Studio versions are starting -- All are crashing when loading
