In PSP2022, is it possible to add tools to the Photography Workspace; if so how please?

No it is not. It's purposely made with as few tools as deemed necessary.

For me a photography workspace without ability to correct horizion not very helpful. If you do landscape photos thats a function I need more than half the time I edit.
