Giving images a fixed size

Hi,
I would like add several bullet images that pop up during a movie. I put them in the overlay. I would like to have them all the same size and position. I know that you can change the size by the orange frame, however, it is close to impossible to have them at the exact same size, the same accounts for their position. So is there an option that lets me set the size of an image (in pixel or cm) and the exact position so I can align the images?

Right click and copy attributes...
and... paste them
