Hi everyone! Hoping someone can help with this... I'm running Paintshop Pro 2020 in Windows 10 (64 bit), in which I needed to install on a new computer last week. I cannot customize the side toolbar, as when I open it up to add things (view, customize or right click-customize), it only has the "Options" tab available and nothing else. No "Commands", "Toolbars", "Keyboard", etc. It's all gone. I thought maybe it moved but I cannot find it anywhere else.
I desperately need this to work so I can reset up my toolbars for designing, as well as some of the "unused" commands I use a lot. I also have the program running on an older Windows 7 (32bit) which has that customize tab functioning correctly. I wasn't sure if this is a windows 10 issue with the program on this new computer, or since I had to redownload the program directly from Corel, if maybe there was an issue update that has it now missing.
I've searched online & can't find anyone else having this issue or how to fix it. (I tried to search here, but it keeps telling me I can't search for 125 seconds for whatever reason, ugh!)
I have not done an uninstall/reinstall yet, as that will be the next thing to try.
I've attached pictures for comparison so you can see what it looks like when I open it up now on my windows 10.
Thanks for the help!!

Re: Customize Tab issues in Windows 10
Hi Jenn and welcome to the forums. It appears you are in the Essentials workspace. Switch to the Complete workspace and you will find the Customize dialog box you are accustomed to.

Re: Customize Tab issues in Windows 10
Thank you Kathy! Yes I realized it a few hours later when I saw that the “Manage” tab on top was also missing & further investigated that. I didn’t even realize that being in Essentials only would make that difference, so something new learned. I’ve been using PSP8 for 16-17 years now so trying to teach this old dog some new tricks finally with the 2020 version. I’m somewhat tech savvy… but it takes a bit longer these days for me to figure stuff out lol. Thanks again for the help - it’s greatly appreciated!!
