New To This Forum Introduction

Hi I am rags56, I am a 65 year old retiree. I live in Northern VA, and I have always had an interest in photography and some form of photo editing. I’ve dabbled in both photography and photo editing, but never have had the time to really dig into paintshop, but I do now. About 6 months ago I started using the tutorials. While they are extremely helpful, many of the instructors go way too fast to follow, even in the beginner tutorials. I am hoping this forum can help me overcome some of the problems I am encountering. I have a very basic understanding of layering, the materials pallet and selections. I consider myself to be an intermediate beginner. Even with the tutorials and users manual, I run into many problems that leave me scratching my head – I can’t seem to find my error, or what step I’ve missed, so I am hoping by joining this forum I can tap into another resource to help me learn and improve my paint shop pro skills.
