Hi!
If I add adjustment layer(s) to a TIFF (RGB, 16-bit) and save it as PSD, the resulting file cannot be opened again in PSP 2021 because of the error:
"Unable to open the file. Please verify that the file is valid".
Affinity Photo opens this PSD fine.

If you can upload the file we might be able to take a look If you could also add exactly the steps you did that would help. Try opening in xnview mp and irfanview programs. Better to of used PSP format its Corels own format. PSD is Adobe. I've only seen this happen once but with another format. I would say go to Corel support to find out more and give them the file.
