Like Robert, I bought all the Essential packs some years ago, including III. I think, if you look at the names of the filters in the pack, that you will find that they came in VS 2021 in either the Legacy or Essentials folders -- though possibly only in the Ultimate version.

Robert, there are sites that scan and collect all kind of free stuff and I visit few, once in a while.
Ken, few in that bundle are new and other are plain useless.

Do not install the package in VS2018, program sticks on splash screen, had to locate each one in the vft folder and delete them, then VS2018 would open

I Don't have 2018, but on X9
NewBlueDetailByChromaVS.vft & NewBlueGammaCorrectorVS.vft generate error, so they might do damage to your 2018.
