Changing screens ASP 3.7.0.446

I open ASP and i6 appears on my far inferior display. I cannot find a way to move it across to my video work screen. I have tried altering the view options of ASP, but it still does not behave like other programmes, where you simply drag the top bar across the screens.

Also, is it possible to have the programme across both screens?
