Cant get a white colour, only cream/off white?

Hello

I am trialing the current PSP2022 version, having not used PSP for many years. (10+)

I have looked for an answer to no avail

My issue is when i open either a premade image or create a new project i cannot find a true white from the pallette. Images which are white in other programs (like image viewers etc, paint etc) are changed by PSP to beige, not just sligtly off white but a beige/cream colour.
If i view the standard pallette then i can see no white but just this cream colour.

Im not sure if theres a simple setting i am missing or if its related to my monitor/workspace , but i have no problems getting a truer white in other programs

Hi Mandala72 and welcome to the forum. Try going to File - Color Management and turning it OFF to see if that solves your issue.

Thank you! I was having the same issue - started suddenly. Turning off Color Managment did the trick!
