Render issues - Video stops/stars or freezes during playback

Hey everyone,

I have recently started to film, edit and alas, render my projects in 4K. However, after I have finished rendering my project (35mins long) It plays beautifully until around 10-15 mins and then it freeze frames every few seconds. Whilst it freezes, the audio continues to play. The same thing has occurred on another 4K project which has forced me to render at 1080p which plays fine.... I really do not know how to fix this but any help suggestions would be most welcomed as it is driving me mad!

What's confusing is why the beginning of the project plays how it should and then something in Matrix has caused it to stop playing as it should...… HELP ME!

First I ask if your original video files are indeed 4K, then your Project Properties should match the video properties and finally doping Share is an option to use Same as First Clip, do you use that option.

Can you tell us what are your video properties and the Project Settings and what option s do you select in Share.
Does the video play ok using your other PC Media Players, try VLC Media Player although I assume it will be the same.

At the point where the video stalls have you added any filters, maybe Mercalli? Or changed playback speed etc.
