Why am I getting this? corel videostudio failed on reading video

I keep getting this error? What does this mean? Can anyone help me please?

What version of VS are you using? Your profile is mute on that.

Suggest a test:

1. Check in Preferences -> General and make sure the box beside "Show message when inserting first video clip" is selected.
2. Start a new project and insert one of your clips (you should a message asking if you want the Project Properties to match those of the clip, if so, say Yes. If not then check Step 1).
3. Does VS set your project properties to WMV, 1280x720, 30p?
4. Render your test project using "Same a project settings".

Does this test project render w/o error?
