Duo Video Converter

Post by dumbdumber »

Hi,
First time I've used Video Studio 2019 for about 6 months. I just edited a short video, then hit Share and as MPEG4
When I go to the folder where I saved it, it shows as Duo Video Converter (under File Type),
What is this? I have never seen it before, why doesn't it save as MPEG4?
Thanks

What is the file name and file extension? Is the file in the "C:\Program Files" folder?

Duo Video Converter is a video converter as the name implies. How do you know that VS produced your file and that it's not associated with Duo Video Converter?

HI, I found the files where I had saved them, but when I clicked to open it opened them in Duo Video Converter, and converted them from MP4 file to MP4 file!!!

I have since found that the Duo Converter is an app installed on my pc, so I uninstalled it, and hey presto, all is now showing as normal.

Thanks for your help anyway ;)
