Trying to create menus in VS9, I get an error msg: "failed to load template file." And it won't let me ignore the error.
What'd I do wrong?

Didn't work!
The suggestion that program will not work without separate template files is, I hope, false. If it were true - it would be a really crappy program and I don't know about anyone else - but I'd want my money back.
Nonetheless I treated myself to my first experience with "Smart download." This would have been a smart concept if it worked. But smart download only loaded one of the four alleged template files. So I wasted time seeing if I could just download - but apparently the dumb smart download is the only way.
So, I installed the one file (#3) and therefore should have had some templates - but I got the same error message.
So - has anyone dealt successfully with this problem?
