It certainly isn't in the Video Studio forum where you posted your question. In fact, it is not on this Board at all. We don't look after all the Corel products -- just a range of programs which Corel has largely bought from other companies over the years. Painter and Painter Essentials have their own separate community at https://painterfactory.com/ You will need to register separately there to post your questions.
