Hi everyone. I upgraded to 2022 but it continues to crash at regular intervals. If I'm working on anything, about 20 minutes in, it just closes down. Doesn't give an error or any warning. It initiates when I go to close an open unneeded item in the work space, then that closes everything. I've been having this problem since I got it. It's consistent in the 32 bit version but not done a whole lot in the 64 bit yet to be sure there. Any help would be great. Thanks

Re: PSP 2022 Regularly Crashes
I have done the factory reset and the program is still continuing to crash regularly. I even upped my RAM 64gigs to ensure that it wasn't a memory problem. I'm not sure what the issue is but is there a log file or anything to view? It's happens during different operations, so there is not a set thing I'm doing when it happens, it just shuts down. I don't have this problem with 2021. Any help appreciated! Thanks.

Re: PSP 2022 Regularly Crashes
It could be the graphics card thats cauing the problem. Best solution update your graphics card drivers run intel update assistant found at intel website or search for it on google. Make sure your runnimng latest windows update. If that does not help use WinAudit and send that to Corel with your problem.
Sounds like a drive conflict, however its hard to pin down. another idea is to run all the cleanup tools for all versions of paintshop pro you had before and then redownload paintshop pro.

Re: PSP 2022 Regularly Crashes
If you hold CTRL + SHIFT while opening PSP from the desktop (not the start menu or taskbar) it'll ask if you want to start the debugger. This will produce a DMP file in your appdata temp directory for Corel Tech Support if they ask for it.
