Good morning
I am having some issues in rendering and data rates using Hardware Acceleration, I use AMD which has only been used by Video Studio for 2021. Even so the render results were promising.
I have now disabled that option.

Can you set your program to the following
From F6 ( Preferences)
1 / Edit Tab – Resampling Quality to Best
2 / Performance tab – disable Smart Proxy
3 / Performance tab – deselect all Acceleration options.

I have modified the project VSP to use the following
MPEG-4 Files
24 bits, 1920 x 1080, 25 fps
Frame-based
H.264 Main Profile Video: 15000 Kbps, 16:9
48000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo
MPEG AAC Audio: 256 Kbps

Then using your images with your Pan and Zoom set I rendered to Share – Mpeg4 - MPEG-4 AVC (1920 x 1080, 25p, 15Mbps)
Results were good

I then rendered to Same as Project Settings, which are using the same settings, again good results.
The playback does seem to stutter a little but only when playing using Video Studio.

Wow!!!!!! I followed your instructions (by the way - were very clear). The results are very good. I even added music to see that the voice is ok.
Thanks a lot for walking me step-by-step till reachinbg a satisfactory result.
Yet I do not see any attachment to be linked.

Wow!!! I almost turned back to my VS ultimate x10, which did not cause me any problem.
