What Plugin formats does Paintshop pro use/ allow and how to create them?

I PSP supports these ones
8bf - Filter (added to the Effects menu)
8bi - File Format (added to the Open/save dialogs)
8be - Export (added to the File->Import menu)
8ba - import (added to the File->Export menu
Though I've never tested other types so I can't say for sure that this is all.
And you make them using the Adobe Photoshop Plugin SDK. Technically if you can make a DLL with the appropriate callbacks you can use any language, but the SDK tends to be written in c++.
