Hi!
I am new to the program, i have no problem when using pencils or pen, but i wanted to try oil paints and other stuff, and when i try these wet brushes, because i want to try blending colors, everything starts lagging.
I think i have a decent pc (i can play modern games with it), and tried to restore default setting, the workspace reset was easy, but i dont know how to do databse reset, because none of the 3 options was useful.
(
options:
1: start->all program->corel -- left click doesnt give an option to restore
2: I dont have corel painter folder in the local folder
3: i cant find preferences option in the "file" tab, i can find it in the "edit" tab but there are no options for reset
But in my opinion, this wont help because the program is almost freshly installed
)
Is this happening to everyone and i should have better pc? Like more RAM and SSD instead of HDD?
lagging when using wet brush/paint

Hi Mark and welcome to the forum. It sounds like you may not be in the Complete workspace since you are not finding 'preferences' in the File menu. Try going to the Complete workspace and follow the steps outlined https://forum.corel.com/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=67616
