This problem is indeed fixed by following:
https://support.corel.com/hc/en-us/arti ... dora-Linux
There is a problem, however, if you need the kernel devel libraries to build the kernel modules for Virtual Box. The
kernel devel libraries have a dependency of the openssl-devel library which breaks AfterShot Pro. In order to get around
the dependencies, the following steps work:
1. Install the kernel devel libraries ( kernel-devel-5.13.10-200.fc34.x86_64.rpm for example)
2. Run: sudo /sbin/vboxconfig to fix VirtualBox
3. Run: sudo yum -y remove openssl-devel
This step will also remove the kernel-devel library because of the dependency
4. Run: sudo yum -y install compat-openssl10
Will only have to do this step 4 once.
At this point, both VirtualBox and AfterShot Pro will both run. Unfortunately steps 1-3 will have to
be executed every time the kernel is updated.
If anyone has a better solution, I would be interested in hearing about it.
