Assistance in Burning First Project - BD

Hello fellow video editors,

I am finally reaching a stage where I can burn blu-ray discs for my old home movies.

Background
These movies were originally analog high8 tapes, which were converted to digital via a Sony Digital8 camera to a DVCPro AVI files. After much research and conversion attempts (Handbrake did what I needed - constant frame rate; good quality), I finally have mp4 files of reasonable quality for the first year of videos. These videos total ~17 GB on HDD. FYI, MediaInfo text is provided at the bottom of this post.

I have imported them into VS Ultimate 2021, created chapter points, and am ready to burn onto a 25 GB Blu-Ray. Unfortunately, I see where the mp4 will still have to go through another conversion process, so I adjusted the data rate above the original mp4 data rate (to fill out the disc capacity) and set for best quality with other settings.

Questions
In creating the BD, I am running into issues with the menu side.
1) I cannot find out where I can get more menus beyond the basic 8 default ones, which do not appeal to me. Where can I download additional BD menus?
2) I cannot figure out how to change the thumbnail for each chapter. How do I change the thumbnails for each chapter?
3) Do you have any suggestions for conversion/burning settings based on the mp4 video metadata provided below?
4) Can Handbrake create video files that VS will burn without it performing re-encoding/re-compressing the video?
