The Save As menu is no longer showing the usual options so that you can accurately specify the file size in Kb. I save my .jpg files so that they are no larger than 800 pixels on the longest side and the saved files to be between 95kb and 100kb in size. Previously I have had no problem with this issue.
This applies to the 2021 and previous version of this. Haven't tried the 2022 version yet.

I am still seeing that slider in 2021. That bar only shows up with JPG is selected from the file format list. Assuming that's what you have selected, the bar also appears if you click on the "Options" button. Can you access the "Options" button in the save as dialog?
