rotate photos
Looking for a corel program software I hav used before. It makes it possible to rotate photos in all axes1.

Free Rotate ( or using the Pick tool) only rotates in 2 axies (X and Y). If they are referring to all 3 axies (X, Y, and Z) then that's a plugin as PSP doesn't support 3D. The KPT filters (32-bit only) have a Projection plugin that allows rotating a plane in 3D. But I don't know enough about Corel products outside of PSP that might allow the same.

Thank You, The KPT filters was what I'm looking for!! Where can they be downloaded? Which is the latest Psp-version they can be installed in?

It requires the 32-bit version of PSP be installed to use, but should work with all recent versions. And you get it from the store or do more section of the PSP home screen in app. It's a free download inside PSP.
