CmdBase2 Error

Post by FrankSwinks »

When I load any image I get an error message “Could not load command library ‘CMDBASE2’ Unable to retrieve command straighten. The file CmdBase2.dll exists in the commands directory.
Anyone else have this problem. Any suggestion of what to do about this.

Perhaps a reset may help:

Close PSP.
After 10 seconds, hold down the SHIFT button on the keyboard
Still holding down the SHIFT button, use the mouse and double left click on the PaintShop Pro Desktop icon
Click on the OK button when the message asks you if you want to reset.

If that doesn't work 2021 includes a repair option in it's uninstaller. And if that doesn't work try a full uninstall and reinstall.
