Animate spiral pattern for text

Consider a brown circle with an animation, a spiral pattern that starts from the outer portion of the circle to the inner portion that changes the color from brown to blue as it progresses. Add text across the middle of the circle and blank out the areas that are not text and make that a black background. That would leave you with text that has the animated color change spiral pattern from the outer edges to the center of the text. Make sense?

I have no clue how to do that, is it just wishful thinking or is it possible?

Do you have any previous versions of VS, Boris Graffiti 7 which was included in versions up to VS2018, can create spiral text, I have used it a few times, have you tried New Blue Titler Pro 5 included with VS2021 it may be able to create the effect you are after, I have not used NB, continue to use Boris which I copy from version to version

Sorry, no, no previous versions of VS. I've been using Adobe Premiere Pro. I'll give the New Blue Titler a shot and see what I can do.
