Hello, I have a Paintshop Pro 2020. I have been looking for the eyelashes for some time but I coudn't find. Could you give me a good link for the eyelashes for Paintshop Pro.

I assume you mean eyelashes brushes. If so, PSP can import Photoshop brushes via File -> Import -> Custom Brush. Meaning you can use any of the many eyelashes brushes available for Photoshop (try googling "photoshop brush eyelashes").
