PSP 19 problem

Because of the issue in my previous message I downloaded my PSP 19 in the lap top. It looks proper but the first thing I did was a Smart Photo Fix and there is no "cancel" or "OK" buttons. ??? Escape will take me back to the work space but with no changes.

Try doing a reset. With PSP closed, hold down the Shift key while you click on the desktop icon to reopen PSP. You should be asked if you want to reset the program. If you have customized the workspace, you may want to save it before resetting since any customization is lost during the reset.

That didn't work. As I have 21 up and running it's OK. I can also just use the individual adjustments if necessary, they work.

Could it be that the Smart Photo Fix screen is too large for your laptop's smaller screen and that the OK and Cance buttons are off screen . In the top right corner can you try clicking the Restore Down button and see if that helps.

Restore down didn't work. You may be right. I have used PSP on previous laptops but maybe with different aspect ratios.
I have 21 loaded also with same problem.

What is your screen resolution? Also do you have scaling turned on?

Problem solved, not resolution but picture size screen settings. Not a PSP issue, computer issue.
